Photozine 009: Birmingham 2025

This is the first of Brian Homer's Photozines in colour and in a larger format and features off-kilter views around Birmingham from railway stations to recycling sites, from people in the streets to graffiti on walls. If you care to look up or down or round the back you’ll find odd treasures and funny moments. And if you look hard enough you’ll catch a glimpse of the photographer in amongst it all. These pictures were taken in the last few years in, as the late, great Nick Hedges called it, “informed wandering.”
