This third set of pictures of Birmingham again features a mixture of city centre shots with others from around the outer areas with some from the the 70s and some later in the 80s. Like the first two Photozines of Birmingham they show aspects of decay and renewal with the contrasts between old and new. There are hints of the metal-bashing past of the City and the fading relevance of rail freight and the shrinking of vehicle production. The cover shows the Post and Mail Building now demolished and are further shots of that building and the long gone newspaper sellers that used to dot the streets.
