Libraries Give Us Power Adult T-Shirt

A P+C's x Black Country Type collaboration to celebrate the life-changing value of libraries

Their artwork is inspired by BCT's photograph of an 80s sign from the front of Selly Oak Library, which Birmingham City Council closed in 2018. The tee was photographed in the ruins of the library. The slogan, "LIBRARIES GIVE US POWER," is adapted from the Manic Street Preachers song "A Design for Life."

The tees are crafted from the softest 100% organic, GOTS-certified cotton, offering a relaxed fit, gender-neutral design, and fairwear accreditation. They are hand screen printed in Birmingham using vegan, water-based, eco-friendly inks. Additionally, screenprints are available.

To care for the tees, machine wash them inside out at 30 degrees, iron on the reverse, and avoid tumble drying as it is not recommended
